RM5 HD F is a tropicalized coin acceptor designed for outdoor and industrial applications. It is available in A and B bezel variants and in nine electronic configurations. The device accepts coins at speeds of up to 6 coins per second and provides high resistance to counterfeit coins. It is fully suitable for vending, amusement, and payment machines operating in demanding environments.
RM5 HD coin acceptors with F housing are one of the most popular Comestero variants, designed for reliable operation in stationary machines and devices exposed to changing environmental conditions. The F version allows coin insertion from the top or the front, with coin rejection directed to the front of the machine, which simplifies integration into a wide range of cabinet designs and applications.
The model operates quickly and with high precision. Its specially designed coin path enables recognition of up to six coins per second. The measuring system uses five sensors (inductive, optical, and magnetic), allowing the coin acceptor to effectively detect counterfeit coins and foreign objects. The tropicalized version is well suited for machines operating in higher humidity and variable temperature conditions. Based on customer feedback, we indicate the real operating range in which the device works reliably.
Depending on the variant, it is possible to choose a version optimized for Euro coins (A) or a wider coin diameter range (B). The electronics support nine operating configurations, including parallel, totalizer, binary, and ccTalk modes. This makes the model easy to integrate into both simple machines and advanced payment systems.
