Delivery and Important Information
Below you will find the available delivery methods in the ViewPro store, along with important information to help avoid misunderstandings during order fulfilment.
Available delivery methods
Depending on the type, size and availability of the product, we offer the following delivery options:
Door-to-door delivery
- DPD courier
- DPD Envelope
- DPD Pallet
- GLS courier
- InPost Courier
Delivery to a pick-up point
- DPD pick-up point
- InPost Parcel Lockers
Personal collection
- Personal collection at our company premises after prior confirmation that the order is ready for pickup
The availability of specific delivery methods may vary depending on the product.
Important delivery information
Size and weight limitations
Delivery to InPost Parcel Lockers and pick-up points is available only for shipments that meet the size and weight limits specified by the carrier. For larger or heavier products, these delivery options may be unavailable or automatically disabled during checkout.
Products with restricted delivery options
Some products, due to their dimensions, packaging method or transport safety requirements, are shipped only via selected carriers.
This applies in particular to:
- photographic backdrops, which are shipped exclusively via GLS courier
- for these products, personal collection, parcel lockers and pick-up point delivery are not available
Pallet and non-standard shipments
Products shipped on pallets are delivered exclusively to the specified delivery address. Pallet deliveries cannot be made to parcel lockers or pick-up points. Delivery times for pallet shipments may be longer than for standard courier deliveries.
Personal collection
Personal collection is available only after prior confirmation that the order is ready for pickup. Collection takes place during our office hours. For selected products, personal collection may not be available.
Dropshipping
For products shipped directly from the supplier (dropshipping), available delivery methods may be limited. Personal collection is not available in such cases, and the carrier and delivery time may differ from standard orders.
Orders containing different products
If a single order includes products with different sizes or delivery requirements, the delivery may be split into multiple shipments or carried out using a delivery method appropriate for the largest or most demanding product.
Delivery address
The Customer is responsible for providing correct delivery details. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the Customer, the cost of re-shipment will be borne by the Customer.
