Return Policy of the ViewPro Store

This Return Policy applies to products purchased from the ViewPro online store (viewpro.pl and viewpro.eu) and provides a practical summary of the rules set out in the Store Regulations.

1. When the 14-day right of withdrawal applies

If you purchase as a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The same rules also apply to a natural person conducting a sole proprietorship, provided that the purchase is not of a professional nature (i.e. it does not directly result from the buyer’s business activity or registered business scope). In practice, this means that in some cases a purchase made “on an invoice” may still qualify for the 14-day withdrawal period, but only if the above conditions are met.
If you purchase as a Business Customer and the purchase is of a professional nature, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

2. How the 14-day period is calculated

The 14-day period starts on the day you receive the goods (or when the goods are received by a person indicated by you). If the order is delivered in multiple parcels, the period starts from the date of receipt of the last parcel.

3. How to submit a withdrawal request

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send us a statement of withdrawal within 14 days.

You may use the withdrawal form attached to the Store Regulations, but this is not mandatory.
Once we receive your statement (if sent by email), we will confirm its receipt by email.

4. Returning the goods

After submitting your withdrawal request, please return the product without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your withdrawal.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. You may return the product using a carrier of your choice.
Important: please ensure that the goods are properly secured for transport. We recommend returning the product in its original packaging or in packaging that provides adequate protection during shipment.

5. Condition of the product and liability for diminished value

You may inspect the product in the same manner as you would in a physical store in order to assess its nature, features and functioning. However, if the product has been used beyond what is necessary for such inspection, you are responsible for any reduction in its value.

6. Refunds

The refund will be processed after we have received the returned product and verified its condition, including completeness and any reduction in value resulting from use beyond standard inspection.
The refund will be issued no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the returned product.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless another method is agreed upon that does not incur additional costs for you.
If you selected a delivery method more expensive than the cheapest standard option offered by the store, we will refund the delivery cost only up to the amount of the cheapest available option.

7. When the right of withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular if:

  • the product was made to order or according to your individual specifications
  • the product serves personalised or customised needs

In our offer, this applies in particular to:

  • photographic backdrops
  • double-sided wooden signs
  • programming services
  • equipment rental and hire

Additionally, the right of withdrawal may not apply in other cases provided for by law, for example digital content supplied online if performance began with your explicit consent before the expiry of the 14-day period and you were informed of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

8. Complaints versus returns

A return (withdrawal from the contract) applies when the product is compliant with the contract but you decide to withdraw within the statutory period.
If the product is defective or non-compliant with the contract, please submit a complaint. The complaint procedure is described in the Store Regulations.

9. Customers from the European Union and outside the European Union

The right of withdrawal applies to Consumers residing in the European Union in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection regulations.
For customers outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal applies only if mandatory consumer protection laws in the customer’s country of residence provide for such a right.
In all cases:

  • return shipping costs are borne by the Customer
  • returns must be sent to the Seller’s address in Poland
  • any customs duties, taxes or additional charges related to international returns are the responsibility of the Customer

10. Contact

If you are unsure whether you are entitled to withdraw from the contract (for example, in the case of a purchase made on an invoice), please contact us before returning the goods. This helps avoid unnecessary costs and delays.
