Validator Manager is a free software tool designed for managing and updating Innovative Technology banknote validators. It allows users to easily configure, program, and diagnose devices, providing full control over their operation. The software supports all ITL validator models, and its intuitive interface makes it suitable for both new users and experienced operators.

All Innovative Technology devices come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that occur under normal operating conditions.
Some products (such as Smart Hopper, NV9S, NV200) also have warranty limits based on the total number of operating cycles. In these cases, the warranty is valid until the first limit is reached:
either 12 months or the specified number of cycles.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, the use of non-original parts or consumables, or devices that have exceeded their declared cycle lifespan.
Before sending a device for warranty service, it is recommended to check the cycle count and contact the seller or an authorized ITL service center to confirm eligibility for repair.
Warranty repairs are carried out exclusively in authorized ITL service centers or in the manufacturer’s technical departments.
