SMART Hopper 4 is a coin acceptance and payout device designed for vending machines, kiosks, and self-service equipment that need to dispense change quickly and without downtime. It handles up to 11 denominations simultaneously, sorts coins automatically, and returns them to circulation as change — without any operator intervention.

What this device solves
The traditional approach requires a separate container for each denomination. That means more space inside the cabinet, more cabling, more potential failure points, and separate restocking for each coin type.
SMART Hopper 4 replaces that setup with a single module. Coins inserted by customers go into a shared hopper, from which the device automatically selects the correct denomination for each payout. Coins stay in circulation — they don't need to be restocked after every transaction.

Payout speed up to 12 coins per second. Change dispensing doesn't slow down the transaction — the user isn't left waiting at the machine.
High hopper capacity. The device holds between 800 and 1,500 coins depending on denomination. Less frequent restocking, fewer operator visits.
Fraud detection. The device monitors every coin dispensed and blocks the transaction if an irregularity is detected, reporting the event to the host system.
Straightforward integration with ITL systems. SSP and ccTalk protocols — the same ones used by ITL banknote acceptors. One SDK, a consistent cash system architecture.

either 12 months or the specified number of cycles.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, the use of non-original parts or consumables, or devices that have exceeded their declared cycle lifespan.
Before sending a device for warranty service, it is recommended to check the cycle count and contact the seller or an authorized ITL service center to confirm eligibility for repair.
Warranty repairs are carried out exclusively in authorized ITL service centers or in the manufacturer’s technical departments.
