How does it work? (step by step)

1. The customer approaches the machine - sees a QR code and instructions

2. Scans the code with their phone - a page opens at q.cspay.pl (no app installation required)

3. Selects a service - e.g. 'Shower 5 minutes - 5 PLN' or 'Sauna 30 minutes - 20 PLN'

4. Pays - via their banking app or BLIK

5. Receives a 12-digit code - displayed on the phone screen

6. Enters the code on the machine's keypad - the device starts automatically

7. LED display counts down - the customer sees how much time is left

8. When the time is up - the machine cuts power, ready for the next customer

9. You see a report on the panel - '14:23 - sauna - 20 PLN - completed'
