subscription and updates – what it means in practice
ID Photos Pro 8 uses a perpetual license model. You buy the software once and use it without any time restrictions. The subscription covers only updates and technical support – not the right to use the program itself.
If the subscription expires, the software continues to work in the version you already have. You do not lose access to the program or to any photos you have processed. Renewing the subscription gives you access to new versions, updated document formats (e.g. after regulatory changes) and direct remote support from the development team.

Does the software work without an active subscription?
Yes. The license is perpetual – the program continues to work even after the subscription expires, in the version you already have. The subscription covers updates and technical support only.
How many computers can I use with one license?
The electronic license works on one computer. If you change your hardware, deactivate the license on the old machine and activate it on the new one – at no additional cost.
Does the program require an internet connection?
After activation the program runs locally, without internet. A connection is needed only for installation, activation and downloading updates.
Which printers are supported?
ID Photos Pro 8 works with any printer and digital minilab – from Canon Selphy to DNP, Citizen and Fuji DX100. There are no restrictions on brand, model or manufacturing year.
