Printer unit: 24 months or up to 100,000 prints (10×15 cm), whichever comes first
Print head: 12 months or up to 40,000 prints (10×15 cm)
For model CX-02W, the warranty is:
Printer unit: 24 months or up to 40,000 prints
Print head: up to 16,000 prints
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect cleaning, use of non-original consumables, or any unauthorised modifications to the device.
