Models CZ-01, CY-02 and CX-02:

  • Printer unit: 24 months or up to 100,000 prints (10×15 cm), whichever comes first

  • Print head: 12 months or up to 40,000 prints (10×15 cm)

For model CX-02W, the warranty is:

  • Printer unit: 24 months or up to 40,000 prints

  • Print head: up to 16,000 prints

The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage resulting from improper use, incorrect cleaning, use of non-original consumables, or any unauthorised modifications to the device.

To claim warranty service, please provide proof of purchase and contact an authorised Citizen service centre or your seller.
