A new paid toilet system from ViewPro – modern, convenient and ready for fiscalisation in 2027

The new paid restroom system addresses the growing needs of companies and institutions that want to offer restroom access in an orderly, controlled manner that complies with modern standards. Automating the restroom entry process not only limits unauthorized access but also ensures user comfort and savings for facility owners.
The solution is designed for a variety of locations: from gas stations and restaurants, through shopping centers and train stations, to municipal public restrooms. Thanks to flexible configuration and support for multiple payment methods, these systems effectively combine functionality with modern design and high reliability.
Legal and technological context
New regulations regarding the mandatory fiscalization of automatic toll collection systems are scheduled to come into force in 2027. We are already meeting these requirements by offering devices ready for future integration with fiscal systems. This means that by investing today, customers don't have to worry about replacing their devices in the coming years – their infrastructure is ready for legal changes.
Another significant advantage is the support of the APDU protocol in payment terminals. This advanced standard used for communication with contactless cards and electronic payment systems ensures not only speed but, above all, transaction security. This allows users to pay by card or phone with maximum comfort and confidence.
Overview of new devices
The pay toilet system is based on the advanced CSP-MULTI series of devices, which enable reliable access management to multiple entrances simultaneously. These devices are distinguished by their modular design and readiness to support both cash and electronic payments.

CSP-MULTI-OD
The CSP-MULTI-OD model allows for access control to three separate zones – typically the entrances to women's, men's, and disabled restrooms. This allows investors to manage their entire restroom complex with a single device, saving space, costs, and maintenance time. The built-in terminal supports coins, tokens, contactless payments, and QR/BLIK codes.
CSP-MULTI-2OD and CSP-MULTI-3OD
These models differ in the number of inputs they support – two or three independent access points. All variants offer a robust, vandal-resistant design, a hermetic seal (IP55), a clear LCD display, and the option of expansion with the CSP-PANEL8 module. Each input can be configured with a different fee level or payment method.
CSP-UNI cover – for better protection in outdoor conditions
Although CSP-MULTI devices are designed for harsh operating conditions, for outdoor installations, we recommend additional protection in the form of the CSP-UNI cover. Made of stainless steel with a transparent, damage-resistant polycarbonate front, the cover effectively protects the device from rain, snow, frost, and UV radiation. It fits all CSP-OD and CSP-MULTI models and significantly extends the system's lifespan. Please note that the cover is not included and must be purchased separately.
Advantages and functionalities
Pay toilet systems offer a number of features that make them extremely practical and competitive:
- Multiple entrances – a single device manages access to several doors, significantly reducing investment costs and simplifying configuration.
- Extensive payment options – accepting coins, tokens, proximity cards, and BLIK allows the system to be tailored to various user preferences.
- Future-proof – the devices are compliant with planned fiscalization regulations that will come into effect in 2027.
- Security and durability – steel housings, IP44 protection, and with the CSP-UNI cover – full weather resistance.
- Scalability – thanks to compatibility with modules such as the CSP-PANEL8, systems can be easily expanded to support more entrances.
- Intuitive operation – LEDs, audible signals, and an LCD display simplify use, while the CSP-Portal enables easy configuration and remote management.
- Applications – who will benefit from the new pay toilet system?
The new pay toilet system is designed for a wide range of applications. Thanks to its flexible configuration, high reliability, and modern payment methods, it is suitable for both public and commercial spaces:
- Gas stations – enable access control to restrooms without the need for staff, reducing utility consumption and improving cleanliness.
- Restaurants and foodservice establishments – a solution for facilities that want to allow only customers or those who have paid.
- Public restrooms supervised by City and Municipal Offices – automate the access process and improve security by recording transactions and monitoring the device's status.
- Railway stations, shopping malls, and airports – handle large numbers of users with minimal supervision.
- Sports and event centers – ideal for stadiums, sports halls, and outdoor events where quick service and durability of the equipment are essential.
- Campgrounds and campsites – systems enable paid access to restrooms without the need for staff.
Quick availability and simplified implementation procedure
Pay toilet systems are now available faster than ever before. New models ship within 2-3 business days – significantly faster than previous versions.
Previously, the implementation process was more time-consuming: it was necessary to first sign a contract with a payment processor, then deliver the payment terminal to the manufacturer, install it, and only then ship the complete system. This significantly lengthened the entire production and sales process.
Currently, devices are shipped complete and ready for installation, and the contract with the operator can be signed after installation on-site. The payment terminal is activated remotely after the contract is signed – without the need for prior shipment. This significantly speeds up the implementation process and makes it easier for customers to get started.
All devices are covered by a door-to-door warranty, typically lasting 24 months. Customers can count on technical support and assistance with system configuration. Additionally, ViewPro allows for signing a contract with a cashless payment operator, significantly accelerating the implementation of card, BLIK, and other forms of electronic payment.
The new pay toilet system is an investment that combines modern technology with the practical needs of facility managers. Prepared for the 2027 fiscal regulations, APDU support, integration of multiple payment methods, and the ability to manage multiple entrances from a single device make the system an ideal choice for both small establishments and large institutions.
Thanks to the additional protection provided by the CSP‑UNI cover, the systems can also withstand the harshest weather conditions, ensuring reliability and longevity.
