Previously, the implementation process was more time-consuming: it was necessary to first sign a contract with a payment processor, then deliver the payment terminal to the manufacturer, install it, and only then ship the complete system. This significantly lengthened the entire production and sales process.

Currently, devices are shipped complete and ready for installation, and the contract with the operator can be signed after installation on-site. The payment terminal is activated remotely after the contract is signed – without the need for prior shipment. This significantly speeds up the implementation process and makes it easier for customers to get started.

All devices are covered by a door-to-door warranty, typically lasting 24 months. Customers can count on technical support and assistance with system configuration.
