Customers scan the QR code with their phone, pay in their banking app or by BLIK (no app required), and receive a code. They enter the code on the machine's keypad, select the washing machine number (1 or 2), and the machine starts automatically. Reception doesn't need to do anything. Compact and indestructible
The small stainless steel housing (82 x 190 x 60 mm) weighs 1.2 kg. Screw it to the wall next to the washing machines, connect the power supply, and you're done. IP55 rated, it operates from -20°C to +60°C. It's resistant to moisture, impacts, and laundry conditions. 24-month door-to-door warranty.
Autonomous and offline
The device works completely without internet. Customers pay online (via their phone), but the machine itself doesn't require Wi-Fi. Just plug in the power and it works. Even if the power goes out, the memory doesn't reset; the paid time is saved.
How does it work? (step by step)
The customer approaches the machine - sees a QR code and a simple instruction ('Scan, pay, enter code')
They scan the code with their phone - a page at q.cspay.pl opens (no need to install any app)
They select a service - e.g., 'Washing - 10 PLN' or 'Drying - 8 PLN'
They pay - via their banking app (instant transfer) or with BLIK
They receive a code - e.g., 1234 (displayed on their phone screen)
They enter the code on the machine keypad - select the device number (1 = washing machine, 2 = dryer)
The washing machine/dryer starts automatically - the LED display shows the time remaining
After the program ends - the machine cuts the power, the device is ready for the next customer
You see the report in the panel - '10:23 - washing machine #1 - 10 PLN - completed'

Can I change prices during the year? Yes. In the admin panel, at any time. The change is immediate.

What if there is a power outage? The machine remembers the state – if someone paid for 60 minutes and the power goes out after 20 minutes, when the power returns they will still have 40 minutes remaining.
