The license is tied to the paper. If you buy a set for 1,400 prints, you have 1,400 photos in the software. It rarely happens that the counter doesn’t match the paper (e.g., printing errors), but in that case, you’ll have a few to a dozen prints left for the next set.

Does the license expire after a year?

No. The license remains valid until you use up all your prints. You can use up the paper in a month or a year—it doesn’t matter.

Which printers does the program support?

Citizen CY and CY-02, DNP DS-RX1 and DS-RX1HS. Bidirectional communication works on the CY-02 and RX1HS.

Can I transfer the program to another computer?

Yes, but you’ll need to contact us. The license is tied to the user on the computer, so if you switch hardware, we’ll help you transfer the print count.
